Smooth lipstick lips

Get your lips lipstick ready by exfoliating them with your toothbrush! Lets face it...our lips aren't always smooth and during the cold months they can become chapped. Wet your toothbrush and gently massage them over your lips. This will create a smooth surface for you to apply your lipstick. Dab a bit of lip balm or Vaseline on first, then apply your favorite shade!
