Lets face it- puberty can be pretty crazy! We want to know the answers to questions that we may not feel so comfortable asking. Below I have created a couple of videos to make your periods a little less hectic! I hope you can gain some information from watching!

This next video contains a few period hacks that I have picked up along the way. Ways to feel better and things to avoid eating!
